Orthodontic Brace Type 1. Invisalign Straightens Teeth in Months, Not Years
Invisalign braces are not our only teeth straightening system. We offer a choice of four systems to straighten either one tooth or two (Clear Aligners), the four front top or bottom teeth (Inman™ ‘Speed Brace’) or whole arches (Invisalign Braces ‘Invisible Braces’ and ClearSmile ‘Fixed Ceramic Braces’). Each system uses innovative design to apply precise, gentle pressure to move teeth in months – sometimes, even weeks – instead of years.
Treatment times: how do they compare?
Inman™ and Clear Aligners can typically straighten teeth in as little as eight weeks. With both Invisalign Braces® and fixed braces, it can take a little longer, starting at 26-28 weeks. Single arch treatment using Invisalign® can take approximately 18 weeks on average. However, every case is different – with some patients, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in just two weeks.

Then a series of clear aligners are custom-made for your teeth – and your teeth only – to move them little by little. Orthodontic Brace Type 2. Inman™ Speed Brace – Affordable Solution to Front Crowding, Gapping or Protrusion
The Inman™ ‘Speed Brace’ is a quick and simple way of straightening your front 4 top or bottom teeth. It’s been dubbed “the greatest innovation in cosmetic dentistry since the porcelain veneer”. Its revolutionary concept can see protruding or crowded teeth transformed, sometimes in a matter of weeks.
With the patented Inman Aligner™, your front teeth can be gently and safely guided to an ideal position in a matter of weeks. Many of our patients say they can’t believe how quickly it works. Most cases complete in 6-16 weeks and, because it’s removable, you can take your aligner out to fit in with your lifestyle. So this treatment is similar to The Invisalign Braces.

Orthodontic Brace Type 3. ClearSmile® Aligners
Clear Aligners, which look like transparent gum shields, are designed to straighten your front 6 to 8 teeth – with no discomfort or rubbing from metal or bars. Using exact impressions taken by a dentist, Clear Aligners will straighten teeth that are tilted backwards or forwards, or teeth that are crowded or rotated. And because Clear Aligners are transparent no one will know you’re wearing them – unless you tell them!
Clear Aligners are custom made to fit snugly over your top or bottom teeth, applying constant, but gentle and precise, pressure to ease teeth back into position.
Before treatment starts you will be able to view a simulation of the end result; if you’re happy with what you see, your aligners will be made using the latest 3D printing technology.
During treatment you must wear your Clear Aligners throughout the day; they should only be removed for eating and cleaning or for special occasions.

Orthodontic Brace Type 4. Fixed Ceramic Braces
ClearSmile ‘Fixed Ceramic Braces’ straighten upper and/or lower arches using similar technology to traditional metal ‘train track’ braces but are less visible because the wires are coated with a tooth-coloured material and the brackets are clear rather than metal. They are permanently fixed, so don’t need to be removed at night or when cleaning your teeth or eating. So not the same as Invisalign Braces.
Although they’re not quite as ‘invisible’ as Invisalign® ‘Invisible Braces’, they are far less visible than metal ‘train tracks’, as the wires are white rather than silver and the brackets are transparent rather than metal.
